Management Team

	Kevin J. McCarville, Ph.D. President/CEO Kevin McCarville co-founded EduCare Learning Centers, Inc. in 1993. He received his B.A. in secondary education from the University of Northern Iowa, M.A in secondary school administration from Northeast Missouri State University, and Ph.D. in education from the University of Iowa. He served nineteen years as a secondary school teacher and administrator before co-founding EduCare. He serves as chief designer of EduCare's programs and software.
	Rebecca M. McCarville Vice-president/CFO Rebecca McCarville co-founded EduCare Learning Centers, Inc. in 1993. She received her B.A. in elementary education from the University of Northern Iowa and worked for two years at the Curriculum Lab, University of Melbourne, Melbourne, Australia. In addition to her work as CFO with the company she has been instrumental in the design and development of all of the instructional programs offered by EduCare.
	Amy J. Bartusch Site Director/Instructional Program Coordinator Amy Bartusch has been with EduCare Learning Centers, Inc. since 2004. She received her B.A. in elementary education from Cornell College and an endorsement in special education from Morningside College. Before joining EduCare, she was an elementary school teacher with the Cedar Rapids Community Schools, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She has been instrumental in developing and field-testing all of EduCare's contracted services programs and technology.
	Bryan L. Beaubien Site Director / Shelter School-Alternative Education Bryan Beaubien has been with EduCare Learning Centers, Inc. since 2001. He received his B.A. in secondary education from Iowa State University and an M.A. in special education from Morningside College. Before joining EduCare, he served as director of the alternative school program at Cherokee Community Schools, Cherokee, Iowa. He has been instrumental in field-testing all of EduCare's contracted services programs and technology.
	Lisa A. Gordon Site Director/Learning Center Lisa Gordon has been with EduCare Learning Centers, Inc. since 2001. She received her B.A. in elementary education from the University of Northern Iowa. Before joining EduCare, she served four years as an elementary teacher for the Jesup Community Schools of Jesup, Iowa and St. Patrick Elementary School, Cedar Falls, Iowa. She has been instrumental in field-testing all of EduCare's learning center programs.
	Elizabeth W. Efting Site Director/Supplemental Educational Services-NCLB Liz Efting has been with EduCare Learning Centers, Inc. since 2008. She received her B.A. in elementary education from the University of Northern Iowa. Before joining EduCare, she worked for three years as an elementary teacher for the Vinton-Shellsburg Community Schools, Vinton, Iowa. She has been instrumental in field-testing all of EduCare's contracted services and programs.
	Micki L. Stonewall Site Director/Supplemental Educational Services-NCLB Micki Stonewall has been with EduCare since 2009. She received her B.A in elementary education from Buena Vista University and an M.A. in education from Viterbo University. In addition to working with EduCare she has served as a Title I teacher at South Tama County Community Schools.
	Cathy J. DeBondt Site Director/Supplemental Educational Services-NCLB Cathy DeBondt has been with EduCare since 2009. She received her B.A. in elementary education from the University of Iowa and is currently a candidate for an M.A. in education from the University of Northern Iowa. Over the past 18 years she has held teaching positions at the Johnston, Wapsie Valley, Valley Community, and South Tama County Community Schools. She is a Nationally Board Certified Teacher.
