 | When a District, agency, institution or school purchases any EduCare program or software, they are assigned a “Customer Support Rep.” EduCare Customer Support Reps are responsible for all training and ongoing support associated with any aspect of an EduCare contracted program. EduCare does not engage in any third party outsourcing for support for any of its services. |

| Yes. One of the most unique and efficient features of KewUp! Software is that each assigned academic grade or behavior rating automatically becomes a permanent data point in the system. These permanent data points can be re-evaluated at any time for purposes such as formative assessment. This feature eliminates the need to re-enter the same data multiple times to generate progress monitoring tools such as graphs and reports. |

Supplemental™ both come pre-set with a correlation table of research-based instructional activities that are scoped across twelve grade levels and sequenced for 180 days of instruction. The correlation table that is pre-set in the software eliminates the need to enter any additional instructional activities for the purpose of daily planning. |

| All instructional activities in KewUp! Software™ programs are aligned with standards and benchmarks from the Mid-continent Research for Education and Learning resource. Alignment is automatically detailed in a pop-up box by simply pointing and clicking on the instructional activity on the daily program page. |

| KewUp! Software™ program is designed with multiple levels of security to ensure complete confidentiality of student information. Each level of security in the software is password protected. |

| Are behavior criteria pre-set in KewUp! Performance™ or do we have the option of setting up our own behavior criteria with the software? |
| KewUp! Performance™ automatically defaults to a pre-set listing of five commonly used behavior criteria for teachers to track. However, teachers also have the option of changing from the default behavior criteria and instead substituting alternative behavior criteria for tracking. |

Supplemental™ is particularly well suited to tiers two and three of Response to Intervention programs when a “standard protocol” application is employed rather than a “problem-solving” approach.
